Our Refineries

Fox Refinery – Slemani, Iraq

A full-scale naphtha-to-gasoline refinery developed to strengthen Iraq’s downstream infrastructure. The refinery includes multiple process units such as a Naphtha Hydrotreater, Reformer Unit, and Saturated Gas Plant, supported by robust utility, nitrogen, air, and cooling systems. Designed for reliability and long-term efficiency, the project demonstrates SPEC’s capability in managing complex refinery operations from EPCC to O&M stages.

Al Barham Group Refinery – Kirkuk, Iraq

A modular gasoline production complex with a capacity of 12,000 barrels per stream day. SPEC provided complete engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services. The project supports Iraq’s local refining capacity by producing high-quality fuels aligned with market demand and international environmental standards.

SPEC Refinery Pvt Ltd – Pakistan

A state-of-the-art 120,000 BPD deep conversion refinery designed to optimize product yield and minimize residue. The facility employs advanced process units such as hydrocrackers, delayed cokers, and catalytic reformers, producing cleaner fuels including gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. The refinery reinforces SPEC’s technical excellence and commitment to sustainable energy infrastructure in South Asia.
